On June 21, 2020, an interesting natural phenomenon occurred - an annular Eclipse of the Sun. This physical phenomenon is manifested in an Eclipse of the Sun, in which the earth's surface is crossed by a cone-a continuation of the moon's shadow. On the territory of the Russian Federation, only partial phases of the annular Eclipse could be seen - from 0.1 to 0.4.the Maximum phase of the annular Eclipse was observed at 9:40 am Saratov time, and the phenomenon ended at 10:42 am. A rare and beautiful physical phenomenon did not escape the eyes of alert physicists of the Saratov University, who captured the dynamics of the Eclipse on the images. It is noteworthy that this phenomenon occurred on the day of the summer solstice, when the Sun reaches the farthest position from the celestial equator towards the North pole of the world.
